Each unique piece is carefully handcrafted giving great attention to quality, detail and texture. Each work is a symbol of the human spirit and rich in beauty and symbolism. We hope you feel good when wearing our jewelry. Please take care not to expose your new ib design to chlorine, bleaching agents or chemicals. We guarantee all work with a warm heart and smile. Shipping
If ib designs has your item available, your order will be shipped within 2 or 3 days. If ib designs does not have your item available at the time you purchase it, we will alert you by email and ship your order within one week.

We use the U.S. Postal Service for all shipments to US addresses, and we insure all shipments. You can choose from Priority Mail ($15), Express Mail ($25), or FedEx ($40) options. Please note that FedEx is available only for international orders.

Exchanges/Repairs
If you need to exchange a purchase or require repair to an item you purchased from ib, please ship the item(s) to our mailing address and include $15.00 for return shipping. Please include instructions.
